‘Be’ Before ‘Feel’ Strong

God never commanded us to feel strong, He instructed us to be strong. We want the security of “feeling” before moving but if we will act and step into His strength our feelings will eventually catch up.

Bobby Wasn’t a Man

Bobby was as tall as a man, tried to act like a man, had a pretty young lady by his side, but 17 year old Bobby wasn’t a man. To offer forgiveness and grace to others while ready to throw a stone of judgment at my 17 year old self was hypocritical.

“Why, God?”

Sometimes I ask, “why, God?” I don’t know if He has ever answered that prayer. Here’s a couple things to do and a better prayer to pray when asking, “why, God?”
